Inconel 718/UNS NO7718
Inconel 718 is a niobium and molybdenum-containing precipitation-hardening nickel-chromium-iron alloy that exhibits excellent comprehensive performance within the temperature range of -253°C to 700°C. Its yield strength below 650°C ranks the highest among all wrought superalloys, and it possesses good fatigue resistance, radiation resistance, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance.
This alloy achieves high strength through age-hardening treatment and is widely used in high-temperature and high-pressure applications such as aerospace engine turbine disks, blades, liquid-fueled rockets, nuclear engineering, and acidic environments
